ORIA BY ARPIA

Describe the business app. Oria builds it on your data and rules.

Order tracking, inventory, field capture, control towers: the processes still living in spreadsheets become applications your team opens every morning, inside a governed workarea.

  • An application for a real process, on live data from your systems, not a prototype on sample data
  • Built in a session and changed in the next one, without a development project
  • Opened by the people who need it, with their permissions, the budget and the audit trail already in place

Tell us what you want to build

The process, the systems involved, who will use it. A specialist answers.

No commitment. A specialist from the team answers. Your details are handled privately and never sold.

The case, on screen

A session and three of the applications built this way, each on the data of the company that uses it.

An Oria session: the conversation on the left, the application being built and running on the right
SCREEN 1A session. The person asks on the left, Oria builds on the right, and what you see already runs on the data it was built on.
A control tower: five indicators with their change against last year, the monthly trend of 2026 against 2025, and sales by category and brand
SCREEN 2A control tower built on the invoices node: five indicators with their change against last year, the monthly trend and the breakdown by category and brand, with a CSV export.
Order tracking: a late-first queue with what the ERP, the warehouse and the carrier say about each order, and one late order open with its reason and the customer-service response
SCREEN 3Order tracking: one queue, late first, with what the ERP, the warehouse and the carrier say about each order, and the answer customer service should give.
A prospect capture application on the phone: a follow-up room counting what was captured and a form for a new prospect with its priority
SCREEN 4A field application: prospects captured on the phone at events, with their priority, written to the workarea so the office sees them at once.

Every screen on this page is an application built with Oria and running on a company's data. Figures are the ones of that company or of a demo; none of them is a promise about yours.

The problem

Processes stay in spreadsheets because software takes too long.

Every company has them: the tracking sheet, the shared file, the manual report. They stay because a traditional development takes a project, a budget and months.

The result

The process becomes an application, on your data, the same week it is described.

The person who owns the process describes it; Oria builds it; ARPIA runs it with the permissions, the budget and the record already in place.

Before
  • The process in a spreadsheet, by email
  • Months and a project for an application
  • A prototype on sample data, no permissions
  • Changes waiting in a queue
With Oria
  • An application on the live data of your systems
  • Built in a session; shared with the team inside the workarea
  • Permissions, budget and audit trail from ARPIA, already in place
  • Changed in the next session, by the person who owns the process
How it works

Three steps, inside your governed workarea.

  1. 1

    Connect the data and systems

Your ERP, CRM, databases, files and APIs. Oria works on a governed reflection of them; the systems stay the source.

  2. 2

Describe the process, rules and permissions

What the application must do, who uses it, who approves, what it may write back and where.

  3. 3

    Oria builds the application

It opens in your governed workarea, on live data, with each person's permissions. Nothing goes to a public site or a third-party host.

The application complements the systems you already run. It does not ask you to replace the ERP or the CRM: they stay the source of record, and Oria writes back to them only through the governed actions you define.

Why Oria on ARPIA

A business application that is a safe purchase.

Oria is the interface for asking, building and using business applications. ARPIA is the operating system underneath: the data, the models, the permissions, the rules, the audit trail and the infrastructure that make the application safe to run.

Oria is the interface

Your team asks for the application, builds it in a session and uses it. One place for the request, the build and the daily work.

ARPIA is the operating system

It connects your data and systems, the models, permissions, rules, audit and infrastructure. The application runs on it; your systems stay the source.

The model can change

Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, open models or your own: assigned by configuration. Change the model and the application keeps working; nothing is rebuilt.

The assets stay yours

Data, business logic, applications and the record of every action remain under your company's control, in your workarea or your datacenter.

SOC 2, audited by A-LIGN ISO 42001 certified, audited by A-LIGN

ARPIA holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 42001, both audited by A-LIGN across the platform Oria runs on. The reports are available on request.

Security, control and integration

Six answers before you sign anything.

Where is my data?

In your workarea, on infrastructure ARPIA runs in the region you choose at signup: LATAM, the United States or the United Kingdom. For a higher bar, the platform deploys inside your datacenter. Your systems stay the source; Oria works on a governed reflection of them.

Is it used to train public models?

No. ARPIA runs isolated from the model providers under zero data retention contracts, and each workarea is its own tenant.

What can each user see?

What you define. Every person opens the application with their own permissions inside the workarea: the Pro seat that built it shares it, and each seat sees the data its role allows.

How does it connect to the ERP, CRM, files and APIs?

Oria builds on the systems you already run and the files you provide: databases, exports, documents, APIs. The application reads live data from them and writes back only through governed actions, with approval where you want it.

What is recorded and auditable?

Every action, with who ran it, on what data, with which model and at what cost. Oria never writes to your live systems on its own.

Can I change the model or the provider?

Yes, by configuration. The application is built on your data and rules, not on a model, so a new model does not mean a new application.

Questions about this case

What people ask before they start.

Is this a prototype generator?

No. Oria builds applications that run on live data from your systems, inside a governed workarea, with permissions, a budget and an audit trail. The examples on this page are applications teams use, not mockups.

What kind of applications can it build?

Internal business applications: tracking, dashboards, inventory and stock explorers, capture forms, control towers, approval flows. The use case directory shows the ones running today.

Can the application write to our ERP?

Only through governed actions you define, with approval where you want it. Oria never writes to your live systems on its own, and every write is recorded.

Who builds it, our team or ARPIA?

Your team, in a session with Oria. When you want company, ARPIA engineers work with you by the hour, and the application stays yours either way.

Does it work on the phone?

Yes. Applications open inside the Oria app on the phone, with the same permissions as on the desktop.

What happens if we change AI model or provider?

Nothing happens to the application. It is built on your data and rules inside ARPIA, and the model is assigned by configuration. When a better model arrives, you switch it; when a provider retires one, you switch it.

What does it cost?

A Pro seat at $50 per user per month to build and share, Basic seats at $15 per user per month to use the application, and a prepaid wallet for the AI that you size and cap. Every new workarea starts with $100 of credit, and nothing is charged until you add billing details. Prices on the home page.

Two ways to start.

Create a workarea and build it yourself with $100 of credit, or send the form and review the case with the team first.
